How are freight charges calculated?
Air freight is based on whichever is greater: actual or dimensional weight in pounds. Sea freight is billed by cubic foot. The online Smart Quote Tool is for sea freight estimates only.
How will I know my charges or when my package is ready?
You’ll be notified by email or mobile app, and you can log in to your account to view your balance and track package status. You’ll receive a notification when a package is ready for pickup or delivery.
What is a bad address fee?
A bad address fee may apply if your full name or Dash876 account number is missing from your U.S. shipping address. Always include your registered name and member ID.
